You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed.

You have the right to obtain free information about your stored personal data at any time, plus a copy of this information. This includes:

• The purposes of the processing
• The categories of personal data concerned
• The recipients to whom data has been or will be disclosed
• The envisaged storage period, or criteria to determine it
• The existence of your rights (rectification, erasure, restriction, objection)
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
• Information about the data source (if not collected from you)
• The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling

You also have the right to know if personal data is transferred to a third country or international organisation, and the appropriate safeguards relating to such transfer.

You have the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay. You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.

You have the right to obtain erasure of personal data without undue delay where one of the following applies:

• The data is no longer necessary for its original purpose
• You withdraw consent and there is no other legal ground for processing
• You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
• The data has been unlawfully processed
• The data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation
• The data was collected in relation to information society services offered to children

We will promptly ensure that your erasure request is complied with immediately.

You have the right to obtain restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

• You contest the accuracy of the data (for a period enabling verification)
• The processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure, requesting restriction instead
• We no longer need the data, but you require it for legal claims
• You have objected to processing pending verification of our legitimate grounds

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance, as long as:

• Processing is based on consent or contract
• Processing is carried out by automated means

Where technically feasible, you have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another.

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR). This also applies to profiling.

We will no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Direct Marketing: If we process data for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time. We will then stop processing your data for such purposes.

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you, unless the decision:

• Is necessary for a contract between you and us
• Is authorised by law with suitable safeguards
• Is based on your explicit consent

In the first and third cases, we implement suitable measures to safeguard your rights, including the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
